A frequent question by Kerry-haters is "what has he significantly done in 20 years of the Senate?". Well, how about helping to expose the Contra-cocaine scandal?
On today's Michael Savage show, he heavily critisized the unveiling of yet another $2.2 Billion Nuclear Sub. "How is that going to help us get the Islamo Fascists?" he screamed. This is the guy that critisized Kerry for wanting to cut defense funding. Why do you think he wanted to cut the budget? To put the money where it is needed! Now Savage gets the point?
Kerry has also been critisized for wanting to cut intelligence. He wanted it cut by 4%. The guy Bush wants to head the CIA, at the time, wanted it cut by 20%.
And when people question the 11 bills Kerry has authored and got passed during his time in the Senate, and wonder if that is enough, maybe they should compare that to what his peers in the Senate have done in the same amount of time, before shooting their mouths off.

"There is no creator" - the Dalai Lama. These are words of common sense, and it tells me that "spirituality" has nothing in particular to do with a belief in the supernatural. But then, those of us who grew up in the seventies watching "Kung Fu" already knew that being a vegan, atheist who follows the path of the buddha can reach enlightenment.
All kidding aside, what does a vegetarian atheist have to say? Stick around and you'll find out! Politically I'm rather liberal, but I do like to listen to staunch conservative talk show host Michael (the 'Whiner') Savage so I'll probably be mentioning him from time to time in my weblogs. So for now, how about some talk of broccoli, carrots and peas? Recipe's anyone??

"As mankind becomes more liberal, they will be more apt to allow that all those who conduct themselves as worthy members of the community are equally entitled to the protections of civil government. I hope ever to see America among the foremost nations of justice and liberality."
