For almost three years now, I've been using half a dozen different web browsers. But it is worth mentioning, because in the last 18 months, the browser wars have been heating up again, and they are all leaving Microsoft's Internet Exploder behind in the dust.
Here is my current collection:
Safari (the defacto standard for Macs) Shiira (Japanese cousin of Safari) FireFox/Mozilla/Netscape (these three are different cousins) Opera Camino Internet Explorer
I use to use OmniWeb, but now they only let you use it for 30 days, so I got annoyed and took it off. I tried a german browser called iCab, but I stopped using it in '99, maybe I should try it again? Some swear by it.
Safari is used 90% of my time. I am getting very fond of FireFox but I always fall back on Safari. Shiira, a japanese browser that uses Safari's open standard engine, is very cool, and I can see myself switching to it in the near future. Shiira and FireFox are the rising stars with me.
I use all these browsers for checking my web designs. I rarely ever use IE, and then it is strictly for checking compatibility with one of my sites/pages. IE has not been updated in at least 5 years, it is a dinosaur.
If you are on Windows, don't use the lame Internet Explorer. It is a security risk, and has fallen behind on features. Get FireFox. It is very very cool, and any browser that does not support tabs, should be in the trash heap. I think that would be IE, all alone by itself.

"There is no creator" - the Dalai Lama. These are words of common sense, and it tells me that "spirituality" has nothing in particular to do with a belief in the supernatural. But then, those of us who grew up in the seventies watching "Kung Fu" already knew that being a vegan, atheist who follows the path of the buddha can reach enlightenment.
All kidding aside, what does a vegetarian atheist have to say? Stick around and you'll find out! Politically I'm rather liberal, but I do like to listen to staunch conservative talk show host Michael (the 'Whiner') Savage so I'll probably be mentioning him from time to time in my weblogs. So for now, how about some talk of broccoli, carrots and peas? Recipe's anyone??

"As mankind becomes more liberal, they will be more apt to allow that all those who conduct themselves as worthy members of the community are equally entitled to the protections of civil government. I hope ever to see America among the foremost nations of justice and liberality."
