I read Moby's blog (link on right side of this page) a couple weeks ago and he stated he was fed up of talking too much about politics, and would try to put it on the back burner. But what happened? He couldn't stop himself. He was right back at it the next day. I feel like he does. I've spent too much time talking politics, but like he, there is so much I find I have to comment on.
I too, will try to limit my time to the subject... but what else would I talk about?

CNN.com - Lawsuit uncovers Bush Guard records - Sep 8, 2004: "A group called Texans for Truth planned to launch an ad this week in which a lieutenant colonel in the Alabama Air National Guard questions Bush's absence from his National Guard service in Montgomery, Alabama. The group says it plans to spend about $100,000 to run the ad.
The ad asks 'Was George W. Bush AWOL in Alabama?' and implores: 'Tell us whom you served with Mr. President.'
In the ad, Bob Mintz claims he served at the same air base and in the same unit as Bush in 1972 but never saw Bush there. 'It would be impossible to be unseen in a unit of that size,' Mintz says in the ad. 'AWOL' stands for Away Without Leave."

"There is no creator" - the Dalai Lama. These are words of common sense, and it tells me that "spirituality" has nothing in particular to do with a belief in the supernatural. But then, those of us who grew up in the seventies watching "Kung Fu" already knew that being a vegan, atheist who follows the path of the buddha can reach enlightenment.
All kidding aside, what does a vegetarian atheist have to say? Stick around and you'll find out! Politically I'm rather liberal, but I do like to listen to staunch conservative talk show host Michael (the 'Whiner') Savage so I'll probably be mentioning him from time to time in my weblogs. So for now, how about some talk of broccoli, carrots and peas? Recipe's anyone??

"As mankind becomes more liberal, they will be more apt to allow that all those who conduct themselves as worthy members of the community are equally entitled to the protections of civil government. I hope ever to see America among the foremost nations of justice and liberality."
