These past few days we saw Kerry saying things are getting worse in Iraq, and he accused Bush (and the President of Iraq) of not telling the truth about it. Bush reacted in anger, suggesting that Kerry is sending the wrong message to al Qaeda.
But that isn't the end of the story. Today, Colin Powell backs up Kerry's point of view:
