The fact that Bush can't understand an American politician (John Kerry) is proof that he is unfit and inadequate to understand other world leaders.
The President has been telling everyone that Kerry flip flops on all the issues, that he is unable to know where Kerry stands on anything, because Kerry can't make up his mind.
Bush is either a liar, or vastly brain dead.
As the San Francisco Chronicle pointed out this week, the charges of Kerry being a flip flop, is unsupported by the facts.
It is no wonder this country is in the Quagmire it is in today. But this is what happens when you put a boozing, coke sniffing, C-minus student in the highest office of the land.
