Permalink Kerry blasted over "sensitivity" remark

This is what Kerry said:
"I believe I can fight a more effective, more thoughtful, more strategic, more proactive, more sensitive war on terror that reaches out to other nations and brings them to our side."

This is what Cheney said about it:
"A sensitive war will not destroy the evil men who killed 3,000 Americans and who seek the chemical, nuclear and biological weapons to kill hundreds of thousands more. The men who beheaded Daniel Pearl and Paul Johnson will not be impressed by our sensitivity."

As you can see, the statement was taken out of context, but kudos go to the VP as he avoided the "F" word.

Insensitivity = Arrogance

This is why the US has been isolated, and this is why we need regime change.

It's funny, but I think Cheney is spending way too much time on it. We know what Kerry meant. It's the same thing he's been saying for months (about seeming less arrogant). Dwelling on this is an mistake for Bush/Cheney '04. I would advise they stick to the voting record. This "sensitive" thing has no legs.
